A man suspected in two shootings in Conception Bay South last fall has pleaded not guilty almost two dozen charges.
31-year-old Matthew Jeremy Fowler was at Supreme Court today to be arraigned. His lawyer, Jon Noonan, entered the pleas on his behalf.
