Wednesday morning RNC officers attempted to stop a vehicle in the downtown area of St. John’s.
The driver refused to pull over for police, however, officers could identify the driver.
A short time later, police located the vehicle and the operator fled from the scene.
A warrant has been requested for the 24-year-old male driver for dangerous operation of a motor vehicle and flight from police.
His vehicle was seized.
