The House of Assembly re-opened Monday for the first time since the provincial election. The Liberal government is balanced on the tipping point between a minority and majority government, so getting the budget passed will be a delicate process. Opposition leader Ches Crosbie is already looking for changes, writing a letter to Premier Dwight Ball with eight recommendations. But Ball wants those recommendations more thoroughly costed.
