A retired judge is raising concerns about the way the RCMP handled the investigation into the shooting death of Don Dunphy. David Riche was an independent observer for the RCMP, but his final report was never released. On Tuesday, Riche revealed that four shots were fired the day Dunphy died, none by Dunphy. He believes the confrontation was “a case of two angry people.” NTV’s Michael Connors reports.
