Prime Minister Justin Trudeau and Premier Andrew Furey announced a deal today to soften the blow to power consumers from Muskrat Falls.

It’s valued at $5.2 billion dollars. It’s a mix of old money and new, and it promises to hold the line on electricity rates to 14.7 cents per kilowatt hour, about 10 per cent more than what we pay now. NTV’s Kelly-Anne Roberts reports.
