Students at Memorial University are waiting for the Board of Regents to make the final decision on tuition fees. The university scaled back a proposal for a 16.3 per cent hike across the board and is now proposing to keep the freeze until 2021, but with a 30 per cent hike for new out-of-province students in 2018.
