A new poll released Wednesday by MQO Research shows support for the governing Liberals has recovered somewhat.
The poll surveyed 600 people in the Newfoundland and Labrador from Oct. 18 to 22. The Liberals came first with 25 per cent saying they would vote for the governing party if an election were held today. The PCs were second at 19 per cent and the NDP were third at 17 per cent.
Thirty-one per cent were undecided and 7 per cent refused to say how they would vote.
The margin of error is plus or minus 4.0 percentage points 19 times out of 20.
