The Muskrat Falls inquiry has adjourned after almost a year of public hearings. Final submissions ended Thursday with the lawyer for Premier Dwight Ball defending his lack of action on mitigating methylmercury. Commissioner Richard LeBlanc has until the end of the year to write his report. NTV’s Michael Connors reports.
