A stern sentence was handed down Wednesday to one of the men charged for a brazen armed robbery at a St. John’s bank last year. Adam Hayden got nine years and 30 days for his role in a crime spree that ended with the attempted carjacking of an off-duty police officer. NTV’s Gerri Lynn Mackey reports.
