The voters of Newfoundland and Labrador made history Thursday by electing a minority government. Dwight Ball will continue on as premier, but he will now need help from the opposition side of the House to pass the provincial budget. Ball struck a conciliatory tone in his victory speech, promising to be humble and to work with the other parties. NTV’s Michael Connors reports.
