The City of St. John’s will be contacting residents over the next few weeks to participate in a first ever citizen satisfaction survey.

As the city prepares for its next strategic plan and budget exercise, the survey is a way for council to get input from residents. The citizen satisfaction survey has been used in municipalities across the country with survey questions covering a wide range of topics such as quality of life, city services, capital and operating budget spending.

For St. John’s the survey sample will represent the city. Residents will be contacted by phone and selected by random. The survey is expected to take 12 to 15 minutes to complete.
