The province’s top court has issued a ruling in defence of political dissent. That’s after a man was detained under the mental health act two years ago for comments on Twitter about the shooting death of Don Dunphy. The court warned that society is in a dangerous place if anger about political events is treated as a sign of mental illness. NTV’s Michael Connors reports.
