Corner Brook RNC responded to an alarm sounding at a business on West street Sunday morning shortly before 2:00 a.m. Investigation of the scene found a break and entry had occurred overnight. Officers immediately closed off the area while K9 services and the Forensic Identification Section examined the scene. Information uncovered lead Police to believe two separate break-ins had occurred in the area. Three arrests were made upon arrival; all three are male residents of Corner Brook. A fourth suspect has been identified but not yet arrested. The two adult males and youth suspect were held to appear in court.

Update: Sunday afternoon RNC located and arrested the fourth suspect, another youth involved in the matter. The 14 year-old male was charged with three counts of break and entry, possession of stolen property and breach of court order. He was held in custody to appear in court on June 19.
